Perry Reid Properties is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Lincoln, NE
A property management company is seeking an energetic Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience or general maintenance experience helpful, but we will train the right person. This position may require some on-call hours. Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- Routine property maintenance
- Plumbing/Electrical
- Unit turnovers
